The meeting of the general director and schoolboys has taken place on April, 13th. It was an annual meeting of the general director of factory with the best pupils of J. Gagarina's school #66. The Tradition of the meetings dated by Day of aircraft and astronautics, significant for factory and for date school, has been put in 30th years of last century by the former factory manager E.I. Miroshnikov (1933-1938 гг).

Such actions are necessary also to the enterprise requiring young man, and to pupils before whom to the utmost there is a problem of the choice a course of life. The general director of NAZ Sokol Alexander Karezin has depicted to schoolboys a state of affairs at factory, has told about anti-recessionary measures, plans for the future, about the perspective aviation technics which in the near future will fly up from factory airdrome and about the youth policy, operating on our enterprise. "To build the difficult aviation technics, heads and skilful hands are necessary to our enterprise sensible. The factory Sokol is ready to accept young workers and to provide them with stable work. Aircraft engineering is not only interesting employment, but also rather demanded, important business for the country", - A.V. Karezin has summed up conversation.
