Imagine all the excitement, joy, impatience, etc., which goes on at the Cosmodrome just before a space launch. Would you want to be there and experience it? Not on TV but in reality… first-hand? There are not many places in the world where you can experience this type of drama. We offer you the chance of visiting the legendary Russian cosmodrome at "Baikonur," in Kazhakhztan, where the history of space exploration started many years ago. The first satellite in the world, "Sputnik," was launched in 1957, from Cosmodrome Baikonur and since the first manned space flight of Yuri A. Gagarin on 12th April 1961, there have been over 1,200 spacecraft launched from here.
Cosmodrome Baikonur is the biggest Cosmodrome in the world, it covers 6 717 square km. It is high technology complex which is used for all types of rockets' launches.

Tour program to Baikonur during Manned Space Flight
(5 days/4 nights)
First Day
You will meet in airport Domodedovo with our representative who give you the tickets and tour voucher. After arriving to airport “Krainiy” in Baikonur, you will meet with our English speaking (or other language you prefer) representative. We will take you to your hotel and will help with accommodation.
After it you will have a dinner at the restaurant and free time.
Second day
Early in the morning we will go to Assembly and Test Facility (№ 112) where you will see the transportation Soyuz rocket from the Baikonur Cosmodrome Soyuz integration hall to the Gagarinksy launch pad, which is 2 kilometers away. Breakfast in cafeteria. Transfer to Gagarinsky launch pad and watching the placement of Souyz rocket to the launch pad. After it we will take you to the Museum of Baikonur where you will see the large collection of unique objects such as first Lunar Globe and Y. Gagarin’s personal belongings. Also you will the Y. Gagarin’s and S. Korolev’s Memorial Houses where they lived before the first space launch in humanity history. Lunch. After lunch we will go to Buran spacecraft - the only completed and operational space shuttle vehicle from the Soviet Buran program. We will have lunch and will continue our tour with visiting the launching site of rocket Energia and the biggest universal complex Stand Start which provides the vertical Buran spacecraft’s launch.Dinner at the restaurant.
Third day
After breakfast we will invite you to Museum of Cosmodrome Baikonur History which tells you about the main stages of cosmodrome’s development. You will learn a lot about history of Baikonur City too. After it you will have a bus tour with visiting of city parks, monuments and Gagarin’s pavilion. The tour will take approximately 3 hours. After lunch we will take you to International Space School. Free time and dinner at the restaurant.
Fourth day
After Breakfast at the restaurant we will take you to Assembly and Test Facility (№254), which is used for launch maintenance. Also there is a room for pre launch medical examination of the space crew. You will become witnesses of crew’s report to Chief of State Commission according their readiness to take off. Usually it takes around four hours to prepare the crew for the space flight after the report. That is why we will take you to another Assembly and Test Facility (№ 112) where rockets are assembled and tested after arriving from the spacecraft plant. After it we will offer you lunch and we will go to the observation point. You will be among the witnesses of spacecraft launch only in 2 km in distance. After successful launch we will go close to the launch pad and will watch and feel still warm Gagarin’s launch pad 1 hour after the launch. This launch pad was established in 1957 and used for launch of first satellite and first man in the history of space exploration. Since that time this launch pad is used for State Space Programs and international cooperation in space field. Later in the evening you will have a dinner at the restaurant and free time after amazing day.
Fifth day
After breakfast we will go to hotel “Cosmonaut” where all cosmonauts live before launch. We will visit tree lane where first tree was planted. After it we will take you to the open market where you will be able to buy the souvenirs if you wish. Check out from hotel. On the way to the airport we will offer you lunch and then take you to the airport for departure.
